Basically new - opened never used apart from to take pics of screen and memory. Only bought like week and half ago, keeping the wall plug but the original charging cable is included. The box is slightly dented if you want to know the condition of the box. Laptop in basically new condition. From US so keyboard has slight changes like the $ sign.
