The ssd has no mac partitions on it, just using it for windows 11. I wonder if that’s why the revive fails. But there is no lock on it if any kind and usb booting from any source is enabled. I’m quite competent with laptop upgrades and also do repairs, mostly quite simple stuff but nothing about this laptop is simple internally.
