I recently upgraded my daughter's laptop with a new battery from this brand, and I'm thrilled with how it's been holding up. We've had only just a couple of weeks on the old one, but already I can see the difference in her productivity.

The installation process was straightforward, even for me who isn't too tech-savvy. The battery itself seemed to fit perfectly in place.

I had a bit of an issue with the charging experience here - they said easy to fit and discharged well enough for my needs, but I was expecting much better performance from the battery themselves.

The only problem I've faced is that every time I try to charge it, the maximum capacity seems to drop by about 8% after just a week. This means I'm not sure if I'll even be able to reach the end of the week with a full charge.

I did try using some online resources to troubleshoot the problem, but unfortunately, there's no clear instructions on how to change the battery - it seemed like they wanted me to do my own research instead!

So, after a week of use, I'm definitely not pleased with this product and would advise others to think twice before making a purchase.
