HP Pavillion Model 15-au103na 8GB RAM. This laptop is not working. It is in very good cosmetic condition and was used as a business laptop. It suddenly stopped working: when the power button is pressed, the indicator light comes on for a couple of seconds and then goes off without the laptop starting. I removed the 256 GB SSD to protect my data. An expert may be able to repair it easily. I have bought a new laptop, so I am selling this one. It currently has 8 GB of RAM installed, and there is one empty slot available for an additional 8 GB RAM.
