Please read: I have forgotten the password so I dunno how to restore this back to factory settings doing a hard reset due to forgotten password, it can be done as it says on google. Im just no good at computers. Battery needs to be replaced as only works when its plugged in. Comes with charger In perfect working order and a great little laptop for & would be great if someone who buys it knows how to restore it.
