Upgraded 16gb RAM at 1867MHZ. Comes with two batteries, with their respective charges displayed in the images and last between 2-3h each for a 4-6h total battery life. The screen does have a small collection of dead pixels towards the middle right, shown in the close-up photo. The battery holder in the laptop is slightly weak so when the laptop is knocked it can cause the battery to come out so the laptop may stop suddenly as a sudden shock can cause it to disconnect.
