On windows 8 but can be upgraded to windows 10 lite via YouTube tutorial. Never attempted as only used for streaming the web and watch movies. Touch works well with no dead pixels or cracks. Missing flap cover but doesn't affect use. This only runs on 32bit system as have 2gb of ram. There is a micro SD slot to expand storage and battery life is still really good for it's age.
